This page exists to provide an archive of all the previous website spotlights featured on the site. Pictures and descriptions used here are the ones used in the original spotlights. Hopefully all the links will remain intact. If not, I will try to provide archived versions.

March 2012 Blank Page Awards I really missed running my own awards, but I wanted to do it a little differently this time. Thus, I started over with a blank page -- ha! Nominations open later this month.	February 2012 Hanmix Exchange The Renees have come up with a great new challenge with no writing required! Anyone can sign up one of their existing stories to receive a fanmix and make one for someone else in exchange. Signups begin later this month.	January 2012 Don't Judge A Book... Once again, Jesse-may has had a great idea for a very unique type of challenge. Don't Judge A Book is sort of like a big bang in reverse. When you sign up, you have to submit a graphic which someone will write a story based on. There are still five days left to sign up, so fire up Photoshop and get creative!
December 2011 A Very Hanson Christmas Also known as Christmas Time, this was the December spotlight last year too. This year, it's a little bit different. It's entirely hosted on LiveJournal, and you can submit anything you want -- fic, graphics, art -- without an official signup. You still have until December 11 to turn something in, so get in the Hanson Christmas spirit!	November 2011 Hanfic Plot Generator With NaNo happening right now, I figured you guys might need some inspiration. Renee's Hanfic Plot Generator is perfect for that! With just a single click, it generates a plot for you that's tailored to fit hanfic. Now you've got no excuse not to write! ;)	October 2011 Use For Your Words This LiveJournal community, run by author Rebekah, is a place for hanfic authors to get ideas, inspiration and discuss various aspects of writing. There are occasional prompts and challenges to get the creative juices flowing as well.
September 2011	August 2011 Everything Hancestical This is a LiveJournal community for, as the name says, everything hancestical! Fanfic, graphics, art, manips and more are welcome here, provided the focus is on brotherly loving. The community also hosts occasional fic challenges.	July 2011 Hanfic Fanmix A LiveJournal community where you can share fanmixes -- aka soundtracks -- for your stories. Since Hanson fans obviously love music, it seems like a natural thing for us to create and share our soundtracks.
June 2011	May 2011	April 2011 Hanson Fan Fiction This site is brand new, and I'm really excited to share it with you guys. It's a new archive for any and all Hanson fanfic, with several other cool features such as beta readers and a banner shop. So what are you waiting for? Go check it out and register today! March 2011 Thieves and Liars Awards I haven't plugged my own websites in a while. This is my awards, which is running for a third round in March and April. There are plenty of categories for all types of stories and it's a fun little competition for anyone to take part in. So go send in your nominations!	February 2011 Hanfic Calendar Ever wonder what's going on in the hanfic world that you can get involved in? Becca's got you covered! She's created a Twitter account to post about the current goings-on, as well as a Google calendar to provide a little more info. So check them both out to see what's happening now and in the future!	January 2011 The Mixtape Challenge This a new a challenge by Jesse-may. Writers who sign up will be able to pick up to four Hanson songs to write about. Short stories and longer stories are welcome, as long as the songs influence the plot. It's a new take on the old genre of songfic and a great challenge to start 2011 with. ETA: Offline. December 2010 Christmas Time Christmas Time is a hanfic advent calendar hosted each year by Becca. Signups are closed now and posting will begin in a few days, so be sure to check back soon for lots of great new holiday themed shorts to read. ETA Now located on LiveJournal, here.	November 2010 Hanfic NaNoWriMo Writers United Every year, more and more hanfic writers take part in NaNoWriMo. Becca has created this comm to support and inspire all of those Hanson fans who attempt to write a novel in 30 days. ETA: Offline. No archived version available.	October 2010 Trick or Treat This is a really fun challenge just in time for Halloween. It began last year and Renee P. has brought it back for a second round. Authors can sign up to write ficlets based on a variety of horror movie themed prompts, and their stories will be posted at the end of the month.
September 2010 Hands Clean This community was created by Ali and Jenny for all Zaylor fans who want to read stories that don't contain smut. Feel free to post any (non-explicit) Zaylor fics, fanart, videos and more. They also have other fun stuff, such as fic challenges, for the members.	August 2010 100 Hanson This is a community for drabbles, which are short fics of (usually) 100 words. The community provides a list of 100 promptsfor you to fill, and rumor has it there will be a fun drabble challenge later this year. Join the community today and try your hand at some very short fics.	July 2010 Hanson Fiction Another self-pimpage this time. Given that most of the other hanfic communities on LiveJournal are either dead or lacking a moderator, I created a new one. It's growing daily, so join today and share your fic, website, new challenge or just your thoughts on hanfic.
June 2010 Boomerang Big Bang Time for a little self-pimpage. I'm starting the first hanfic big bang, which is a really fun sort of challenge that involves writing, art, and music. Check out the community to learn how you can participate.	May 2010 Hanfic Genre Challenge Back for another year is the Hanfic Genre Challenge, which gives authors a variety of interesting and unique genres to choose from. With signups beginning now, authors have until the beginning of June to write their stories. If you want to stretch your creativity, check it out!	April 2010 Hanfic Plots Tumblr is this really weird new blogging trend that allows for various types of multimedia posts. Hanfic Plots is Renee P's newest project, and it contains all kinds of resources for plotting and writing -- mostly geared toward hanfic but very useful for any writer. Also check it out the associated twitter.
March 2010 Hanson Fiction Dreamwidth is the newest Livejournal journal, but it's made by fans for fans. This is the first Hanson Fan Fiction community on Dreamwidth, and it's a good place for any who reads or writes hanfic to post their stories or just talk about hanfic.	February 2010 The Hanson Fan Fiction Archives So many hanfic sites have disappeared from the web, and it leaves a lot of us wanting to reread stories that we can no longer find. Here comes this site to the rescue! Their collection is small, but they (Who runs it? No clue.) are working dilligently to post what classic hanfic stories they can. I think it's a great effort.	January 2010 TheTightrope.org Brought back from the ashes of the old Stay Dreaming site, TheTightrope.org is a new archive for hanfic. Anyone can create an account to submit their story to the site. The site has been open since July and already there are over 50 stories posted. Add yours today! ETA: Offline. No archived version available.
December 2009 Hanfic Sprints Inspired by the sprints held during NaNoWriMo, Brittney and Renee P started a sprinting community just for hanfic. Check the community to see when sprints are being hosted and join the chat!
